What are your shipping costs?
Shipping within the continental United States is free. Please contact
us by phone or email for shipping cost for orders shipped outside the
United States.
How long does it take to ship an order and what shipping methods are used?
Shipping times will vary from 2-8 weeks. The shipping time will depend
on the items bought. The 8x10 photos will generally ship within 2 weeks.
Larger photographs, image transfers, and custom orders will generally
take from 2-8 weeks.
The time schedule will depend on where the artist is at the time of the
order. When the artist is out of town, we will be unable to complete some
orders until she returns. When this situation occurs you will be notified
by email. Normal shipping methods will be by USPS or UPS.
What are your payment methods?
We accept credit card payments through Pay Pal. Checks, cashiers checks,
and money orders can be used with the mail-in order form. Orders will
be shipped when the funds clear the bank. You may use our online order
form for your convenience.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, we do accept international orders with the following conditions.
Orders to be shipped outside the United States must be placed by using
the mail in order form and must be paid for with a cashiers check or money
order in US funds. As stated on the order form there will be shipping
charges for orders shipped outside the United States. You can email the
shipping department to determine the charges that will apply. NO RETURNS
will be accepted on orders shipped outside the United States.
Do you take returns?
Photographs and image transfers may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt
for a full refund of actual product costs. Please contact us by email
at kheysi@bytheroadandmore.com for authorization and shipping information. Click

What are your hours?
The artist will most often be available from 9:00am to 5:00pm Central
Standard Time Monday-Friday. However, when she is working in the studio
or out of town on a photography shoot, our answering machine will take
your call. Please leave a message it will be returned as soon as possible.
You may also email the artist. She checks her email daily and will respond
as soon as possible.
Do you take custom orders?
Yes, we consider custom orders. Please email or phone us with your request
and we will let you know if your request will be possible.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
If your order is to be shipped within the state of Texas we must collect
7.875% sales tax.
