Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping within the continental United States is free.
Can I mail in a check or money order to pay for my art?
Mail in orders may be paid for by check, cashiers check, or money order.
Orders will be shipped when the funds clear the bank. You may use our
online order form for your convenience.
How long will it take to get my order?
Shipping times will vary depending on the product ordered.

11x14photos will normally ship within 3-4 weeks | |

Image transfers will normally take 4-8 weeks because each one will be made Individually. |
If for some
reason we are not able to ship within the specified times you will be
contacted by email
What shipping methods will you use to ship my order to me?
Shipping methods will most commonly be by United States Postal Service
or by UPS.
Do you accept international orders?
International orders are accepted. Orders to be shipped outside of the
United States must be placed through the mail on the order form provided
and must be paid for with a cashiers check or money order in US funds.
Refunds are not available on orders shipped out of the United States.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax must be collected from orders within the state of Texas at a
rate of 7.875%.
What is your return policy?
Photographs and image transfers may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt
for a full refund of actual product costs. Please contact us by email
at kheysi@bytheroadandmore.com for authorization and shipping information.
Once you have contacted By The Road And More for an authorization number
and shipping information, click the Return Form link to enter your information
and submit a return.
